Corporate Giving Garden Project Summary:

To help alleviate problem of hunger and the availability of fresh produce available to food shelves in the west metro, Mosaic’s employee volunteer committee is partnering with WestHealth on a project called a “corporate giving garden.” At the center of the project is a 4000 square foot garden which volunteers will work to prepare the site, cultivate fruit and vegetables and then harvest and donate the produce to Interfaith Outreach Community Partners’ (IOCP) food shelf located in Plymouth. Through the partnership, WestHealth is providing the land and water supply and working with Mosaic to coordinate other logistics. The garden will be located on WestHealth’s campus at the corner of Campus Drive and Annapolis Circle North, approximately two blocks from Mosaic’s Plymouth office.
