WestHealth provides outpatient surgery combining comfortable and convenient care with the security of a technologically advanced outpatient setting. The facility includes private patient rooms and 7 operating rooms staffed by registered nurses and surgical technicians. The operating rooms serve a wide variety of patients including those requiring orthopedic, urological, cosmetic, women's and children's procedures. There are also 2 endoscopy suites that are designated for gastroscopy and colonoscopy procedures. The outpatient surgery center provides postoperative care including patient assessment and monitoring for all surgical patients. Most surgical procedures can be performed on an outpatient basis and eliminate the need for an overnight hospital.
