WestHealth, Inc. is committed to fostering a culture which emphasizes quality in every aspect of our work. 2007 Patient Satisfaction Results

As part of our ongoing commitment to quality and service, our patients are given the opportunity to complete a patient care experience survey at the conclusion of each WestHealth visit.

The survey rates the following factors:

  • Registration and wait times
  • Physicians and staff
  • Service and amenities
  • Thoroughness of exam/procedure
  • Aftercare and follow up

Upon completion, WestHealth patients leave the survey at the department check-in area where they received services or at the greeter desk in the main atrium. Patients can also request a prepaid envelope, if they prefer to complete the survey at home.

Last year, 1,851 of our patients completed care experience surveys. Our patients consistently ranked WestHealth as "above average" to "excellent" on all measures. Overall patient ratings for WestHealth facilities, services and staff averaged 3.7 on a 4.0 point scale.
