Uninsured Discount Program

If you do not qualify for Medicaid or Community Care Assistance, you may qualify for the uninsured discount program. This program is available for uninsured patients who receive medically necessary treatment. The uninsured discount program addresses the needs of uninsured patients whose annual incomes may be above 275% of the Federal Poverty Level, but who also may need financial help. All uninsured patients are eligible for up to a 50% discount on billed charges based on financial criteria. (Review income level guidelines) In order to qualify, patient must complete financial application.

50% Discount

Patients with income at 276% - 350% of the Federal Poverty Level may qualify for a 50% discount on billed charges.

Patients with income at 351% up to 400% of the Federal Poverty Level may qualify for 30% discount on billed charges.
